Welcome to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
for The Provedores
The Provedores opened in October 2016. With over 80 years’ experience in all aspects of the food and hospitality industry, they are passionate local wholesalers that appreciate good old-fashioned relationships and exceptional services.
This passion extends to their people. With over 100 staff in NSW, The Provedores want to promote and support a mentally healthy workplace through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is a free program, where staff can access up to three sessions of counselling support per year. This support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
The Provedores are proud to keep things local and Australian owned and that is why they have partnered with Access Psych for EAP services. Access Psych has offices around Australia to enable face to face sessions, as well as via telehealth if preferred.
What is the EAP?
The EAP service from Access Psych is an informal, friendly and solution-focussed counselling service for The Provedore employees experiencing problems of any kind. It is delivered by mental health clinicians from Access Psych.
Importantly, you can choose how to receive the counselling – whether this is face-to-face at Access Psych offices, over the phone, or via telehealth – whichever option is more convenient for you.
Access to the service, in addition to the information you provide during the counselling sessions, is treated confidentiality.
