When things get tough, reaching out for help is a strength, not a weakness.
At times we will all experience the highs and lows that come with the project and life. What happens in our personal lives affects us at work, and vice versa – no matter how hard we try to cope. Your mental health and wellbeing is important, and we are committed to connecting you with supports that can help you to thrive both personally and professionally. One important aspect of our commitment to your wellbeing is our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Marinus Link has partnered with Access Psych to provide confidential employee assistance services.
Our EAP plays a role in responding to wellbeing concerns and aims to empower you with tailored tools and personalised supports to approach mental health concerns – whether these are personal, family and/or work-related issues
