Professional experience

Melissa is a Registered Psychologist with experience supporting clients across the lifespan and from a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds.

In her professional career, Melissa has supported adults living with anxiety, depression, sleep concerns, grief and loss, ADHD, burnout, relationship issues and chronic disease. This has included extensive work within the field of chronic pain, complex pain management and workplace-related stress.

Melissa takes a gentle, authentic and person-centred approach to therapy, and utilises a range of approaches including CBT, ACT and Schema Therapy.

She has supported clients via Medicare and workers’ compensation schemes and via the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
