Professional experience

Lenore has over 25 years of experience in Psychological and Family Counselling, supporting adolescents, adults and the elderly. She has worked in a range of agencies, including local government, health, Headspace and educational institutions, as well as Private Practice.

When supporting clients, Lenore draws on her strengths-based, solution-focused perspective and years of training in ACT, DBT, CBT, Trauma-Informed and Interpersonal Therapies. This includes the Nurtured Heart Approach, which is very supportive for parents.

Lenore also employs Evidence-Based EFT (Tapping), mindfulness, breathing and relaxation exercises to assist with stress release, trauma, anxiety and anger, grief, depression, concentration, self esteem, relationship issues, insomnia and fatigue.

Lenore speaks German.
