To support your wellbeing, Ben Furney Flour Mills is pleased to be able to offer confidential and free access to counselling through Access Psych for all employees.
Ben Furney Flour Mills has partnered with Access Psych to provide a solution-focused counselling service for employees experiencing problems of any kind.
The EAP service is informal, friendly and focused on your specific needs. It is delivered by mental health clinicians from Access Psych.
Importantly, you can choose how to receive the counselling – whether this is face-to-face at Access Psych offices, over the phone, or via Telehealth – whichever option is more convenient for you.
Access to the service, in addition to the information you provide during the counselling sessions, is treated confidentiality.
