What is Employee Assistance Program

Java Dale has partnered with Access Psych to provide a solution-focused counselling service for employees experiencing problems of any kind.

The EAP service is informal, friendly and focused on your specific needs. It is delivered by mental health clinicians from Access Psych.

Importantly, you can choose how to receive the counselling – whether this is face-to-face at Access Psych offices, over the phone, or via video – whichever option is more convenient for you.

Personal information and content of the Access Psych counselling sessions are kept strictly confidential from your employer.
