Our Purpose and Vision

At times, maintaining a healthy work life balance can be easier said than done. What happens at home can affect us at work, and vice versa. That’s why, as part of DPM’s commitment to supporting you, we provide an Employee Assistance Program.

This is a free, confidential service available to support you through any difficulty you may be facing, big or small. This service is also available to your family members to access if they need.

What is Employee Assistance Program

DPM has partnered with Access Psych to provide a solution-focussed counselling service for employees experiencing problems of any kind.

The EAP service is informal, friendly and focussed on your specific needs. It is delivered by mental health clinicians from Access Psych.

Importantly, you can choose how to receive the counselling – whether this is face-to-face at Access Psych offices, over the phone, or via Telehealth – whichever option is more convenient for you.

Personal information and content of the Access Psych counselling sessions are kept strictly confidential from your employer.
