FRV’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Access Psych supports FRV employees, families and retirees by providing short-term mental health and counselling services.
Access Psych’s EAP Program services are:
- Accessible by FRV employees, FRV family members and FRV Retirees
- Available to support individuals with both work and personal issues
- Funded by FRV at no cost to you
What is Employee Assistance Program
FRV has partnered with Access Psych to provide a solution focused counselling service for employees experiencing problems of any kind.
The EAP service is informal, friendly and focussed on your specific needs.
Importantly, you can choose how to receive the counselling – whether this is face-to-face at Access Psych offices, over the phone, or via Telehealth – whichever option is more convenient for you.
Personal information and content of the Access Psych counselling sessions are kept strictly confidential from your employer.
