How to book an appointment with Access Psych
At Access Psych, we believe in making mental health support as accessible as possible. It’s easy to make a booking with us.
Booking online
Our online booking portal is suitable for private paying and Medicare clients, plus employees whose employer has an Employee Assistance Program or Supervision agreement with Access Psych (please check with your employer if you are not sure).
Via the portal, you can:
- Check the availability of our mental health clinicians
- Review our team member profiles to help you make an informed choice of clinician
- Book telehealth and in-person appointments at a time that suits you
- Manage re-bookings and cancellations
- Learn more about fee information, where this is relevant to your booking
Booking via phone
If you’d like to talk to us about your booking, we’re here to help.
Simply call our team on 1800 APSYCH (1800 277 924) and we will be able to match you to an appropriate mental health clinician and book a telehealth or in-person appointment at a time that suits you.
Completing our booking request form
Our online booking request form allows you, or someone on your behalf, to complete and submit information in relation to the mental health support you need. Once we have received this information, our support team will be in contact with you to make an appointment at a time and place that suits you.
