Professional experience
Beth has gained a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by young people, which ignited her passion to support this demographic, particularly those dealing with eating disorders and complex trauma. Beth is equipped to assist adolescents and adults that present with depression, anxiety, stress, self-worth issues, domestic violence, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss.
Employing a holistic, structured and reflective therapeutic style, Beth can support clients with a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and crisis management. Beth is also certified by ANZAED as an Eating Disorder Clinician.
