She has worked in Employee Assistance Programs and Occupational Rehabilitation, gaining expertise in dealing with concerns related to work and personal life. Christina can provide guidance and assistance to those experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment issues, work-related concerns, and self-worth issues. Christina’s warm and friendly demeanour makes her approachable, and she employs a holistic, collaborative approach to her therapy support. Christina utilises various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. Additionally, she provides Early Intervention Programs for both public and private sector organisations.
