Rashidah Fido
With over a decade of clinical expertise across diverse settings including regional hospitals, Headspace, infant and child mental health services, and youth diversion programs, Rashidah brings a unique perspective to her role.
Her therapeutic style is eclectic, and is characterised by warmth and creativity, ensuring that each individual feels seen, heard, and supported. Drawing from a rich toolkit of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy, and expressive art therapies, Rashidah tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of her clients.
She has supported children, adolescents, and adults alike, and has experience spanning a wide array of mental health concerns. These include ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger and attachment issues, complex PTSD, developmental disorders, grief and loss, and stress trauma.
