What Rhonda loves about working in mental health

“Success to me comes down to simply one thing. No matter what the context, I get an absolute thrill when I see clients recognise in themselves just how far along the journey towards recovery they have actually come. I also enjoy the fact that no two days are ever the same; working in mental health is intellectually stimulating and never dull.”
