Welcome to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
for Nambucca Valley Council
Nambucca Valley Council has partnered with Access Psych to provide a solution-focused counselling service for employees experiencing problems of any kind.
The EAP service is informal, friendly and focused on your specific needs. It is delivered by mental health clinicians from Access Psych.
Importantly, you can choose how to receive the counselling – whether this is face-to-face at the Access Psych offices in Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie, over the phone, or via Telehealth – whichever option is more convenient for you.
Access to the service, in addition to the information you provide during the counselling sessions, is treated confidentiality.
