Our clinicians assess each client so they can develop therapy and counselling programs that incorporate the most suitable therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.
From Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Mindfulness, to Interpersonal Psychotherapy (ITP), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SBT) and Schema Therapy (ST) – to name a few – our clinicians have the qualifications and experience to design therapy and counselling programs to support people who may be experiencing:

Our clinicians are trained in the science of the human mind and how people think, feel, behave and learn. They put this training to practice; supporting people to understand and improve mental health and wellbeing, relationships and behaviours, as well as learning, development and performance.
Face-to-face and telehealth psychology, therapy and counselling services
Access Psych has immediate availability for telehealth psychology, therapy and counselling services. Our mental health clinicians are also available for face-to-face appointments from selected clinics.
