Aysha Fatima
Aysha is a Counsellor with experience supporting individuals of all ages, and from all walks of life. In her practice, Aysha adopts a holistic, person-centred approach. Creating a non-judgmental space, she addresses the complexities of each person’s challenges with compassion, fostering a safe and accepting environment. Adept in supporting individuals living with depression, anxiety, and a range of emotional, attachment and behavioural concerns, Aysha also aids those dealing with work-related issues, self-worth challenges, and domestic violence. Furthering this, Aysha has unique experience supporting the elderly, children and adolescents in a school setting, and people from diverse backgrounds facing challenges with adjustment and integration, such as refugees. Aysha’s therapeutic toolkit includes a range of evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, Aysha offers comprehensive and culturally sensitive counselling services.
